One can replace the toner cartridge all you want, but if the Drum Unit is worn out, it will Not accomplish anything. “These off-brand cartridges shouldn’t be sold to replace DELL cartridges. I used the cyan cartridge, it leaked so bad, the blue dust is on all inside the printer, on the printed pages and on the other cartridges. I am very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend it.”
