“The only reason why I didn’t give this product 5 stars is due to the color cartridges printing lines across pages printed. I have been purchasing these cartridges from you for about 2 years and never had an issue until just recently after replacing all 3 color cartridges which are no good, but thank you for great products at a great price. Maybe you can mail me a new package of color cartridges so that I can replace the faulty ones as the printer will not print without a cartridge installed so I have to leave them installed causing these streaks of color on every page printed.”
“I have left a voicemail and have emailed InkTonerStore regarding the 4-pack toner that I received for our 6130 Xerox Phaser printer. Our printer does not ‘recognize’ those cartridges. This happened once before and InkTonerStore replaced the cartridges with a different brand. I guess I assumed that our account with them had been flagged so we would always receive the correct brand. Could you please check into this for us and arrange to replace those cartridges? If you’ll provide a pick up tag, I can ship these cartridges back. One cartridge has been opened; that’s how I discovered the error. Order #100240319”
