“First toner didn’t fit and was missing the chip. Contacted them via email and sent pictures as well. I was told they would ship out another one. I replied saying if it’s the same cartridge it won’t fit my printer. No reply from that email. So received the replacement with the chip but was the same cartridge and didn’t fit. They did send a return receipt so sent it back. Waiting to see the refund for it.”
