“The cartridge I got is empty. Did NOT Work. I am exspecting your Company to replace it. This very inconvenite for me. I need someone from you company to respond. This is the second time I have notified you of this problem. Will you please respond.”
“The usually reliable generic replacements sold by Ink Toner Store have a glitch in this Brother drum unit. The unit does not fit the generic toner units very well nor does it fit into the printer very well. As a consequence, I have had a number of paper jams and the noise emitted by he printer as it turns the paper over if quite disconcerting. Although the cost savings over a Brother unit was substantial, if this unit is not assembled to Brother specs, there is no true savings. I am going to have to replace this with a brand unit after all.”
“I thought I was ordering the extra-large capacity toner cartridge but they are telling me that all the cartridges they have are the same size, so they do not have any extra-large capacity since it is physically larger than the others.
Very dissappointed, now I'm stuck with a cartridge I don't need or want.”
