“I am not impressed with the drum replacement for our Brother copier. It leaves a black smudge all down the left side of the paper and the printing is very fuzzy looking. Will not re-order again.”
“My experience was terrible. The cartridge stopped working when it had most of it left.
I had to replace it with an HP cartridge - and it worked fine.
I thought this would be a more inexpensive alternative --but ended up costing me in the long run!”

I followed your instructions provided to get the flow working but it is still weak. I gave four stars I believe for quick delivery and customer service. I am very disappointed I did not get a response from InkTonerStore, and will not purchase from you again.”
“Just got your answer machine on the phone and left a message. After installing the black cartridge I printed about 3 pages (not solid printing, a page with lots of blank spaces) and now it won't print in the black. The color seems to be okay tho I really don't use it very often. I took it out and reinserted it (even unplugged and replugged) On the page I printed with some color the color part printed but the black part did not. Please replace them and if you can send two black ones to make me happy again !!”
