“I have been ordering ink from the inktonerstore for a long while now. The last two orders add issues of the chip not being on the cartridge. In our last order of the 972A, none of the cartridges would work. They were completely wrong and again even if they were correct the chip was not on most of them. I attempted to make calls and emails with no one getting back to me.”
“Very fast service and excellent price for this replacement cartridge. I would be happier if the pigments in the ink were stronger. It's a bit weak for photos and transparencies. I have to increase the ink flow much more to deposit enough ink to get a good image on certain papers. I'm sure for standard household and office applications the color reproduction is just fine. I do recommend it and will purchase more, I just wish those pigments were a bit stronger.”
“The recent shipments been showing error message and will only get to 20% of toner in the cartridge which makes us to keep changing often. Please look into this. Thank you”
“don't know yet how long this toner will last, but we did have issues getting the cartridge to load in our copier. It took several tries for it to drop right into the machine since it is only a "compatible" toner, not an Canon original.”
