“I've been in correspondence with Jaime Nicholson a few times about this matter. I'm waiting for an address return label so I can return these ink toner cartridges & so my account can be credited.
Long story short, the product is correct, but my printer comes up with an error to replace it with a new cartridge. (I did) !! I usually go with another company, so I've already reached out to them for replacements and I received them yesterday.
FYI my printer is Lexmark MS315dn
