“I have written two reviews (perhaps you did not receive the first) - both referred to the poor quality of the ink strength when printing. I followed your instructions provided to get the flow working but it is still weak. I gave four stars I believe for quick delivery and customer service. I am very disappointed I did not get a response from InkTonerStore, and will not purchase from you again.”
“Just got your answer machine on the phone and left a message. After installing the black cartridge I printed about 3 pages (not solid printing, a page with lots of blank spaces) and now it won't print in the black. The color seems to be okay tho I really don't use it very often. I took it out and reinserted it (even unplugged and replugged) On the page I printed with some color the color part printed but the black part did not. Please replace them and if you can send two black ones to make me happy again !!”
