“The toner order I placed was the wrong toner. I called twice and left messages for someone to call me. I emailed still no response from your company.
I need to return the toner and get a refund. This is poor customer service.

“I am not impressed with the drum replacement for our Brother copier. It leaves a black smudge all down the left side of the paper and the printing is very fuzzy looking. Will not re-order again.”

I had to replace it with an HP cartridge - and it worked fine.
I thought this would be a more inexpensive alternative --but ended up costing me in the long run!”
