“Just got your answer machine on the phone and left a message. After installing the black cartridge I printed about 3 pages (not solid printing, a page with lots of blank spaces) and now it won't print in the black. The color seems to be okay tho I really don't use it very often. I took it out and reinserted it (even unplugged and replugged) On the page I printed with some color the color part printed but the black part did not. Please replace them and if you can send two black ones to make me happy again !!”
“The ink tone is not strong although white paper is used. It is not much darker than the cartridge it replaced. Can't imagine it will print 2100 pages
By the way, I have already provided a review, giving 4 stars for quick delivery which I appreciated. The product - not so good.”
