“I purchased new drums and am not very pleased. After putting on the new ones I now have “ghost” printing. Have tried the suggestions to eliminate it and have not had any luck. I have since read that if they aren’t OEM then that is the problem. Not happy and at this point would not recommend this product.”
“The ink is a little smudgy on one side of the paper but I’m hoping it will clear up after a few prints. Otherwise, happy to save the money. I just print stuff for personal use at home so it doesn’t bother, but if I needed to print for commercial or professional reasons, I wouldn’t have had to buy a better quality, higher priced cartridge and this would have been a waste.”
“The ink cartridges makes too much noise, were not compatible and I had to wait for an hour to make sure they got recognized and still it takes minutes for the printer to read the print order sent.”
