“I ordered a LaserJet cartridge, Model 12A equivalent. It did not print anything.
I called the InkToner store and told them of the problem. A second cartridge was sent, and delivered the next day. This cartridge works fine.
I realize that stuff happens; the fact that the store reacted to correct it so quickly is to your credit.”
“Recieved cartidge, when I opened the box, I find that the cartridge is broken, and it dumped all the toner in my lap, all over me and my desk.
I have sent 3 emails to you guys and I can get no reply. I have a hard time getting a cell signal to call you. Can I either get a new cartridge or a refund?”
“The colored cartridge came in half full. The black cartridge prints more grey than black. Also, the cartridges were expired, the date was way back in 2016. Some dates were even covered up by some sort of tape or were burned off. Really sketchy business.”
“Web site design needs improving for ease of ordering. Time from ordering to delivery was better than expected. Product quality is marginal-for some reason CYAN ink cartridges (no matter where they are purchased) have leakage issues.”
