“New cartridge was turned for equal distribution of toner, printed fine for 10 plus copies then printed too light. I had to replace it with another cartridge.”
“I received my second order of the same type of ink cartridges, but just before they arrived the color cartridge 246XLC of the first order FAILED to print in the REDs. Two deep cleanings and reinstallation did not correct the failure. The cart was still 3/4 full. Thankfully, the second order arrived at an opportune time and it has performed well (so far). I do believe that a REFUND is in order for the failed cartridge.”
“Computer detected immediately that new cartridges not HP. Fuzzy print, even after running clean, and align, and test pages. Can’t use for business purposes, quality too poor.”
“Loaded both black and color cartridges, bought in same order. Right away, computer detected and said they are not HP product. Black prints alright, but overall, everything is fuzzy in print. Went thru the clean and align and test pages, no help.”
“I purchased new drums and am not very pleased. After putting on the new ones I now have “ghost” printing. Have tried the suggestions to eliminate it and have not had any luck. I have since read that if they aren’t OEM then that is the problem. Not happy and at this point would not recommend this product.”
