“Recieved cartidge, when I opened the box, I find that the cartridge is broken, and it dumped all the toner in my lap, all over me and my desk.
I have sent 3 emails to you guys and I can get no reply. I have a hard time getting a cell signal to call you. Can I either get a new cartridge or a refund?”
“The colored cartridge came in half full. The black cartridge prints more grey than black. Also, the cartridges were expired, the date was way back in 2016. Some dates were even covered up by some sort of tape or were burned off. Really sketchy business.”
“Web site design needs improving for ease of ordering. Time from ordering to delivery was better than expected. Product quality is marginal-for some reason CYAN ink cartridges (no matter where they are purchased) have leakage issues.”

“Price is great just for black ink in Epsom printers. The other colors don't mix well enough to get clarity! When using color, I must remember to use only one color when printing.”
“O.K., so the order originally arrived to me damaged -- the toner cartridges were smashed. However, I was able to contact customer service and they sent out a replacement order. That order arrived with no issue. So far, I've replaced my yellow toner cartridge and it seems to be working just fine, so I'm happy.”
