“I think something is wrong with my E-40 Cannon compatible cartridge. It leaves my white paper with a light gray film all over the page instead of just black ink on my white page. Is this just the quality of the cartridge for the low price or is there something wrong with it. I tried to reply to the request to leave a review, asking the company, but the site said my reply wouldn't go through.”
“I bought a package of 8 toners and two compatible drums. The first toner was fine but the drums were bad. The first drum was not recognized by the machine which asked to again replace the drum.The second was accepted by the machine but printed with a black stripe along the left eddge of the page.. I then gave up and bought a Brother brand Drum.”
