“I am currently waiting on our credit card company to help us resolve an issue I am having with my purchase. I left a voice mail with you a week ago but have not received a response. We received an opened and faulty toner cartridge. It does not work and the black packaging was already torn opened when we received it. We have been charged but have not received a usable cartridge. “I recently purchased and installed an HP 902XL (black) cartridge but it is printing very poorly. Some lines don't print or barely print. I didn't have this problem before with a previous cartridge purchased from InkTonerStore, so hopefully this is just a dud.”
