“I have dealt with your company for a time now and was always satisfied with the cartridges that you sent, both Black and Tri-color.
This last shipment you sent, two of the black cartridges when installed, printer notified that this cartridge was not acceptable and would not print.
Looked at the info on the cartridge, Replacement for F6U64A, I am not a happy camper and had to go to Walmart and picked up two new ones.
Hope it was a packing mistake, hope it doesn't recur otherwise I will purchase elsewhere.”
