“When I opened the package one cartridge was full of ink powder. They responded quickly and replaced it! Great! Using the second one I noticed I was getting ink marks on the left side of each page that prints. I took photos and sent emails twice! No response! I will never purchase from this company again!”

“I ordered 2 of these. The first one doesn't work at all, the printer doesn't even recognize that it is installed, the second one worked for about a week and now it says empty and I don't print that much. Definitely not happy w/this product! Better to spend more and get a good product. Lesson Learned”
“The first set of cartridges I ordered and used worked at least as well as that which came as OEM. The more recent set I purchased prints with very poor quality. The colors are muted/faded and in some cases print jobs are simply unreadable. I'm going to order another set to see if this batch was a fluke. Here's hoping for a better result!”
