“Yellow and magenta went into the printer just fine. It took me 4 tries before my printer would recognize that a new cyan color was installed. I haven't tried the black yet. Hopefully I have no issues. I've always used genuine Brother toner and never had an issue. This was a first.”
“i installed my new inktonerstore cartridge, it only printed half pages. tried it at least 30 times still the same. called and received another cartridge. tried it and it only copied two inches on each side of paper. called again and left a message, no response. I have a PC920 canon copier.
what do i do?”
“Bought a color ink cartridge from InkToner store to replace the older one that ran out. The one I purchased worked one time and then the printer said I had to replace the same cartridge because it was out of ink. After numerous tries and reboots with that cartridge, I finally had to replace the one I just purchased from the InkToner Store to get my printer to print in color again. Printer is HP Envy.”
