“Just tried to install the 4 HP502a4pk color cartridges. Very dissappointed. I removed my cartridges from my HP Color Laser jet 3600n and replace with yours. My printer will not recognise them, says not genuine HP cartridges. I reinstalled my nearly empty cartridges and they work fine. please help or Am I out a $168.49 Gloria Mattu cell #724-448-1462”
“This cartridge did not fit my printer. Compatible cartridges do not fit! I have spent a few hundred dollars trying to find a cartridge to fit but I keep getting the wrong thing! Never will I buy another COMPATIBLE cartridge!”
“I am currently waiting on our credit card company to help us resolve an issue I am having with my purchase. I left a voice mail with you a week ago but have not received a response. We received an opened and faulty toner cartridge. It does not work and the black packaging was already torn opened when we received it. We have been charged but have not received a usable cartridge. If we can satisfactorily resolve this, I would be happy to provide a good response about the outcome. Thank you.
