“I recently purchased and installed an HP 902XL (black) cartridge but it is printing very poorly. Some lines don't print or barely print. I didn't have this problem before with a previous cartridge purchased from InkTonerStore, so hopefully this is just a dud.”

“The black, pink and blue toner/drum both leaked toner with each use of the laser printer. I called an independent Printer repair/cleaner specialist to come to the house to clean and get my printer to make crisp copies once again... he did several tests and then showed me why each test copy was not clean....... each drum was damaged with small etches on the drum, holding toner and putting dots of color as a backdrop on each sheet of white paper. $75 later paid to the repair man...... I now need another 3 new cartridges.”
