“While I appreciate how quickly I received the product, it isn't the correct product. Online it says it is compatible with my printer, but it is a much smaller cartridge and does not fit, so I am still currently without ink in my printer and have no use for the one I purchased from you.”
“I have used Ink Toner Store for many years now. I love the way they can ship toners and/or drums, almost always in 3 days! It means that I do have to maintain a cupboard of printer supplies, However, on my last order, I received a defective drum and it has been impossible to contact them for a replacement. I have left messages via phone, email, and even US mail. They ship well, but they don't replace well at all.”
“Unfortunately, the wrong cartridge was ordered and it needs to be returned but having trouble connecting with anyone on how to do this. Once the cartridge is returned that will allow me to reorder the correct one.”
