“I ordered Ink on December 20th, have not received, call Ink toner customer service left a message and have not heard back. Sent an email and no response. Ran tracking on their web site and shows it was never shipped. The only thing they did correctly was bill me.”
“We were hoping this would work for us, but unfortunately, this Dell 3100 toner is not working out. Since we received it, the printer will print about 3 copies and I will get an error to replace the cartridge. It also greys out the paper.

“The cartridges seem to work well this was the second time i ordered from this company. i just wanted to have them on hand when these ran out. one thing i have noticed with these that i did not see happen with the orginals is I am now getting a hint of yellow over half of my page this kinda scares me, that has never happened before. got any answers for that? Hope it is not messing up my printer.”
