“New Toner cartridges received and once again, they don’t work.
After going through the drill when putting in new cartridges, I STILL get the “ON TONER” message on the screen. I cannot continue this. Apparently, Brother has designed this so that only their pricey cartridges will work, and I really need this printer to work, and soon.
I would like to have a refund please. I realize you are down two sets of cartridges, but I have nothing to show for it either.

“Our first order came quickly but unfortunately, the box labeled as we expected had the wrong item inside. When I contacted their customer service with photo of what we'd rec'd, they quickly remedied the issue. They even sent us a cartridge with greater print capacity .”
“Cartridge arrived but was defective and did not work. Contacted customer svc and was told a new cartridge would be shipped but it wasn’t so I called a couple of days later and left a message. No reply. Called again and spoke to same support person who said she would make sure it would go out. I haven’t received a replacement nor a credit. I would like a refund.”
