“Magenta ink was EVERYWHERE! It was a disaster to clean up. Also, the print quality is very poor. The black appears very faint and at times even hard to read.”
“My cartridge did not work in the printer. I emailed customer service regarding a return or swap; no answer back. I called the toll free number three times and no answered and left a message three times; no return call in three days..... Then I get this review request. :-(”
