They arrived promptly, yet the 1st cartridge i open and used was not good.
i will have to wait and see how the other are to give a proper review”

The cartridges did not fit into my printer which is an HP Color Laser

Thus, I returned the cartridges via FedEx to the Ink Toner Store
Returns Department at my own expense with a note explaining why I had
to return them.
I also asked that your company credit my credit card for the $139.95
that I had paid for the 4-Pack.
After no response to my return and the request for the refund, I
started calling the Customer Service Phone number. Every time I phoned your Customer
Service phone number, I only got a message and was asked to leave a message and that my
phone call would be returned, but that never happened. I phoned your
customer service phone number approximately 10 times with no response!
I want my refund. If I do not get the refund, I will take legal action as I am not going to get
"stiffed" by this company. $139 is a lot of money in my life.
If you do not make this right by me within the next 2 weeks, I will proceed with the legal action. My brother-in-law is an attorney and he will proceed with the legal action at no cost to me, but in the long run, it will cost the InkTonerStore hundreds and perhaps thousands of dollars in legal fees.

“We have not had a great experience with this cartridge.. the toner powder leaked out all over the inside of the printer, and printing came out very unevenly.”
“3 of 4 cartridges worked great, but I could not get the 4th to recognize the Cyan toner after following every help and trouble-shooting tip I could find. There are some small but apparent differences between this toner and the Brother brand, which is enough to throw it off. Back to the fancy pricey toner we go.”
