“I wanted to have a great experience, first time ordering non-OEM cartridges. Order was lost at UPS, delayed delivery, out of cartridges I needed most, no indication of that until received order, another 8 days of delay, only contact from chat. Good response from chat, but very frustrating order handling. Some of the cartridge boxes were damaged, hoping the cartridges are okay. I haven't been able to try the cartridges yet. This could further change my rating. Three weeks for an order, the way it was handled, and the seller's response did not make a good first impression. Help me have a better impression of your company!”
