“The ink cartridge that I ordered (and paid premium shipping for) for my specific model did not work. I called the ink toner store about getting a refund. I was forced to leave a message and 5 days later still no return call.”

“It would not slide into the Brother printer at all. I called twice and had to leave a message with no response. I mailed it back by Fed Ex which cost as much as the toner. I’ll never buy an off brand product again.”
