“I ordered this toner for a specific machine and it was supposed to be made for that machine, but upon receiving it, it doesn't even resemble the one for my machine. I doesn't fit right and will not work in my machine. Very dissatisfied. That was $80 wasted.”
“Had a 10% discount all week on bottom of home page when we placed our order. When checking out code would not work. Tried to call customer service to see what the problem was....no answer. Placed order and sent email asking for the discount to be applied. Called and left messages with customer service twice with no answer. Sent an additional email as well. Was contacted two days later by email the discount was denied and was told it was not still in place @ the time i placed my order. Replied about how it was on the home page and how would i have know about it if not there? Reply came still no discount and about short staffing with regards to answers and time line. Bottom line the 10% was a wooping $12 dollars and change. It is not about the money here it would have been good PR to give the discount. Instead this company choose to spend time going back and forth with me about how i was wrong. Just a week before they were offering 15% on another add. I am sure they will continue to post discounts. Really cannot understand thier logic with this action. It is unfortunate as the products i have bought have worked well @ a good value.

“The black ink viscosity appears to be lower than in the past. As a result, more ink is used when printing. I have to change the Lighter/Darker setting on my printer to -2 or -3 each time I print to lighten the print quality. This is a pain.”
