“It would not slide into the Brother printer at all. I called twice and had to leave a message with no response. I mailed it back by Fed Ex which cost as much as the toner. I’ll never buy an off brand product again.”
“The black cartridge works great but the color cartridge will not work at all and I am almost out of ink in my old cartridge. This is pathetic considering what I had to pay.”

“New Toner cartridges received and once again, they don’t work.
After going through the drill when putting in new cartridges, I STILL get the “ON TONER” message on the screen. I cannot continue this. Apparently, Brother has designed this so that only their pricey cartridges will work, and I really need this printer to work, and soon.
I would like to have a refund please. I realize you are down two sets of cartridges, but I have nothing to show for it either.
