“The product I purchased was listed as a "comparable" drum unit to the Brothers Printer. It arrived in a box for a Toner Cartridge. Thru email I was told that sometimes their items are boxed in a different box but this was indeed the drum unit I needed. It does not fit our printer (considerably smaller than the old one). I have emailed 2 times for return information and have yet to receive a response.”
