I ordered 2 boxes of ink for our HP PageWide 477dw printer. We have used your ink in the past for our printer. Upon exchanging the ink cartridges the printer no longer will take your cartridges. We have researched the problem and our printer updated and will no longer take this ink cartridge.
Can we return the ink back to you? We have no use now for any of these cartridges. I have attached the invoices for you.

“Ink to restore was fine with delivery of the product-however, since I only need to replace the ink every 1.5 years the title is misleading-I was assuming the ink was included in the cartridge -I’ll return the cartridge & expect my credit card to be re-imburced..thanks-sharon randall”
