“The color is not compatible to Xerox it's a pale yellow and it does not match up to the Quality my colors that come out of my printer adult yellow now I really need another yellow that's brighter than this if you have something can you please send it”

“The product I purchased was listed as a "comparable" drum unit to the Brothers Printer. It arrived in a box for a Toner Cartridge. Thru email I was told that sometimes their items are boxed in a different box but this was indeed the drum unit I needed. It does not fit our printer (considerably smaller than the old one). I have emailed 2 times for return information and have yet to receive a response.”
