“I received the wrong order. When I reached out to you I got no reply by phone call or e-mail. A week later the correct ink comes in but still no response or any communication from your company.”
“If there was a mark below 1 that is where I would mark your product. I purchased set of 4 cartridges from your company about less then a month ago I have already had to replace 2 of them for running out of toner, 1 yellow and 1 Cyan. I have a Xerox 6027 and I only use it for home use. If I put 100 - 150 copies through it that is a lot. The printer kept on saying I am out of toner once I replaced the 2 cartridges with replacement I had it started working normal, so that tells me that your cartridges were either bad or very low on toner when it was sent to me. So you wanted a review here it is I do not believe I will purchase any further products from your business. Thank you for giving the opportunity to give this review.”
“A terrible product. I bought two thinking I would have one on hand when the first one would be empty. The new toner immediately began jamming the paper in my Brother printer. after about a week of this problem I bought a genuine Brother toner, I threw the two others in the trash so I lost $65.00. Will never make the mistake of buying this product again.”
“This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was sold defective toner for the amount of $128.85. Initially, I was able to make contact with the inktonerstore.com service department and it was conveyed to me that a different brand of replacement toner would be shipped immediately. Since then, over the last 7-10 days, no product has been shipped and all my attempts to contact inktonerstore.com have been unsuccessful. I feel duped !”
“My review is only one star because the ordering and delivery processes were seamless.
As far as the product itself is concerned zero would be the number of stars I would give. We installed the cartridges and in short order, the black cartridge started leaking making it useless by ruining any printing I have to do. For us this product was worthless.”
