“I did receive the toner, however it did not fit my Xpress M2020w Samsung printer. When I ordered online, the description stated it would work on this printer. I returned it last week and would appreciate a full refund plus postage. Thank you.”

I had a problem with my printer. I thought it needed a toner cartridge. After hiring a repairman he told me I should send the cartridges back., but I was told by your company I could not be reimbursed because your company send the right cartridge.
I should have mattered if you send the right or wrong cartridge I could not use it because of the printer.
