“I was extremely dissatisfied with the response I received from your company.
I had a problem with my printer. I thought it needed a toner cartridge. After hiring a repairman he told me I should send the cartridges back., but I was told by your company I could not be reimbursed because your company send the right cartridge.
I should have mattered if you send the right or wrong cartridge I could not use it because of the printer.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with your customer service.

“This 4-pack of supposedly-compatible HP toner cartridges recently sold to me by InkTonerStore is completely defective. In addition, despite multiple vm's and a detailed email over a 10-day period to seller's Customer Service Dept, seller refuses to respond in any way. This is unacceptable. Buyer Beware!!”
“On 10/18/21 InkTonerStore sold me a 4-pack of supposedly-compatible HP toner cartridges, which in fact were not. From 11/1/21 to 11/8/21, I have (a) made multiple phone calls to their supposed Customer Service line (on which one can only leave a vm), (b) and also sent them a detailed email requesting that they replace or accept the return of their defective toner cartridges. Thus far, InkTonerStore has refused to respond in any way whatsoever re their sale to me of these defective goods. This is unacceptable. I suggest Buyer Beware!”
