“We had a terrible time resetting the printer to show it has a new drum. Couldnt you include instructions. We finally got Bropther to send us instructions that we could not find on the web. Frustrating but we finally got it all installed.”
“I spoke with Jaime from CS. After all of the back and forth, I have not received replacement cartridges that work. I can no longer get in touch, or get a response from anyone at inkstore.com customer service. I would love to say nice things, but it's been 3 months and I STILL have not received the replacement cartridges. The cartridges that I bought, will not fit into my Dell, so it's not compatible. Terrible. The cartridges that I bought for my Brothers, same thing. Terrible. I would have been better off purchasing the actual ink cartridges from Dell/Brothers and paying the slightly higher prices (which I ended up doing anyway) as opposed to losing the money I paid to get the cheap(?) replacements from the internet.”

“The price was good and delivery fast, but the black ink I need the most is the one that isn't working or is not compatible with my machine. Other than this, the other colors work fine.”

The order only takes 2 to 3 days when it appears via UPS right at my apartment door. When
the order came from you, it took TEN DAYS! WHY? I'll not do it again”
