“I will say the delivery was quick but the refills I ordered don't work with my printer. I asked customer service about a return and never heard back from them.”
“I have ordered ink/toner from this company several times. But this time the colors are off and I keep getting messages on the printer saying it's low ink and or it doesn't recognize the cartridge yet it still prints. Seems like it is refurnished or used. Not happy spending so much money for something that doesn't produce accurate color. (And our printer is new and we tried other ink and it works fine so I know it's this particular batch of ink) I also I returned ink for another printer that no longer works and was told I would get a credit. Never received it!”
