“The ink was advertized as HP61 Black, but the cartridges do not fit my printer because it is not HP ink!!! How do I return my entire order?
I reordered HP 61 and it came from Amazon and fits.”
“Unfortunately, intermittently, the unit continues to display "replace drum". It is a brand new "compatible" unit and it's unclear as to why it isn't always recognized.”

“I spoke with Jaime from CS. After all of the back and forth, I have not received replacement cartridges that work. I can no longer get in touch, or get a response from anyone at inkstore.com customer service. I would love to say nice things, but it's been 3 months and I STILL have not received the replacement cartridges. The cartridges that I bought, will not fit into my Dell, so it's not compatible. Terrible. The cartridges that I bought for my Brothers, same thing. Terrible. I would have been better off purchasing the actual ink cartridges from Dell/Brothers and paying the slightly higher prices (which I ended up doing anyway) as opposed to losing the money I paid to get the cheap(?) replacements from the internet.”
