“I ordered this cartridge, which was guaranteed to be compatible with my HP printer. It wasn't. They sent me instructions to make sure that everything was up-to-date on my printer and to make it work. Unfortunately, my printer wasn't happy. I contacted them again and they sent me a return label to use and refunded my money as soon as they received the cartridge back. It was fast and easy. I wish the cartridge fit, but the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't out $60 because it didn't was good.”
“My order for ink toner for my H-P Office Jet Pro 7740 arrived promptly Unfortunately, I live in Mammoth Lakes, CA at 8400' elevation. The toner cartridges must have been manufactured close to sea level. When I tried to install the cartridges (as I have done many times before), the toner started to stream out as soon as I pulled off the protective plastic. This profuse leaking happened on all four cartridges. It made a big mess. I tried to put the cartridges in and to no avail. My printer is non-functional with an error message that states "There is a problem with the supply system".
I have ordered replacements from H-P. I hoe those work.”
“The unit I got was roughly 1/3 the price of an OEM unit. It didn't work properly. It left a set of half a dozen smears on the left margin of every sheet I printed. I put the old unit back in; that old unit worked perfectly. (No smears.) I threw this new unit in the trash. Useless.”
