“The first cartridge I received fell apart during the initial cleaning and it took me several hours to clean out the toner from the printer, and cost me a ream of paper. Just inserted the replacement and it worked.”

“Customer support is top of the line, however the ink replacement leaves a lot to be desired. The blue ink replacement I received a few weeks ago has already started leaking inside my laser printer. I will be contacting you about a replacement for the blue ink (only) as it is the only one leaking a this time.”
