The quality is poor and my printer worked better with the old original drum. when installed the printer still asking to change drum.

The Drums are not working. Within a day after replacing the drums getting error message stating please align the green tab. Even after multiple attempts made, getting same message and couldn't print anything. I have to waste 2-3 drums.

hey mr InkTonerStore ... what do you say ... that you send a "return receipt" so that I can return my toner cartridge so that you can re-process?? wouldn't that help you and us as consumers??? Thanks - was slow in "installing" my toner cartridge ... need to assess how it's working and I'll let you know ... although when I first installed, message was "toner not recognized" ... will let you know ... thanks, look forward to your input!

Very bad The drum got here after 5 days and it didn’t even work. I was forced to buy another printer

The cartridge was defective — made broad smears of toner on the copies and caused our copier to make clicking sounds. However, the representative at Ink Toner Store was very receptive to our complaint, and we are hoping the replacement will be 100%…..

The toner sent to me was not compatible with the ones as you described. I have not bothered to return them but I will never purchase from you again. I just threw them out.
