I will be sending all of it back. I bought 4 black and not a single one worked. I also bought 4 cyan which will be sent back as well. Extremely disappointed. We’re away on business, took our printer with us, had to search for a store to buy ink as we were left without since these did not work...and yes, we bought the correct ones for our printer! Would never buy again!!!!!

Bought all four toner cartridges and they all leaked into the printer. Had to buy a new printer. Buy from HP.

I was thrilled to find a toner cartridge for my machine that didn't cost a fortune. When I finally received it, not because of the company but because I was on vacation, I was very happy. I opened the box pulled out the toner cartridge from the plastic and then finally looked at my old one that was still in my machine. I hadn't done that in quite some time, because the last toner cartridge lasted me almost a year. Shows you how much I don't print. Anyway, it looked a little different but that's okay as long as it performs. I tried to put it in the machine, and it did not fit. It was probably a 16th of an inch too long, so I have no idea if it works or not. I am waiting for someone to let me know how to return it. I'm very disappointed. If it had fit I would have been a customer for life.l

Hello. I've called the Ink Toner team at the 888-720-7888 phone number. The compatible Brother toner cartridge for my Laser Jet printer continues to leave large blotchy marks on the printouts - after multiple cleanings. It appears that the cartridge has a leak at the far left where the roller and the blade meet. I am still looking forward to a return call from the Ink Toner team to walk me through the steps to cure this problem.

Hi Stephanie Everything is working and there are no comments yet. But first, there is a need to replace the side guides of the cartridges as they differ slightly from the original ones and therefore customers may have difficulty installing them in the printer. I have an HP LaserJet CP1025nw printer and had to change the right side of the guide so the cartridge could fit correctly. Thank you!

My last order took over a week to receive my Ink Toner Cartridges and my Toner ran out. I could not use my Copier for 3 days. I have had some of the Cartridges leak and when making Copies there are Black Lines on the Copies. Very disappointed and had to clean the Cartridges. Works for a few Copies then they leak again and have Lines on the Copies. Seems like the Cartridges aren't filled full and Run out fast. May have to look for another Source!

My delivery was later than expected. When I told customer service that i could have gotten the product quicker from amazon, they said cancel your order with us and order from amazon.
