“There catalog said they would be compatible with my printer, they were not. When I contacted customer service all I got from them was the Texas two step. Not only have they not let me know how to return the toner, they also have never refunded my money.
I will never purchase anything from them again.”
“I am not happy with the toner as it leaves grey smudges on the white copy paper. I've taken it out several times, gently turned it around, etc., but cannot improve the quality. My copy machine is old and I don't use it often but it's an annoyance I can't seem to fix. It seems like just too much trouble to pack it up and send it back so I will live with it but it's unsatisfactory and if I were still using it for work I would not keep it.”
“I have ordered for years from ink and toner and always got a good product. This time I ordered a 5 toner package - made a mess of the copier - illegible copies - insurance companies sent them back because they could not read our bills/notes - after trying the 4th one - copies are coming out ok - very disappointing and frustrating for my staff. Pros - good price and quick shipping”
“I was thrilled to find a toner cartridge for my machine that didn't cost a fortune. When I finally received it, not because of the company but because I was on vacation, I was very happy. I opened the box pulled out the toner cartridge from the plastic and then finally looked at my old one that was still in my machine. I hadn't done that in quite some time, because the last toner cartridge lasted me almost a year. Shows you how much I don't print. Anyway, it looked a little different but that's okay as long as it performs. I tried to put it in the machine, and it did not fit. It was probably a 16th of an inch too long, so I have no idea if it works or not. I am waiting for someone to let me know how to return it. I'm very disappointed. If it had fit I would have been a customer for life. Please contact me.”
