“I replaced all 4 colors on the Brother printer. Sorry to say the scan and copy features produced blurred and light copies. The test page was just ok on a scale of 1 to 10 it is a 4. I recalibrated three times, darkened the print settings, and it did nothing. Maybe made it worse.

“I tried to replace a black cartridge of my printer (HP Office Jet Pro 8710) today with a cartridge I purchased from your company. My printer was starting to make funny noises (scratching and grilling) and it says, there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing affected cartridge with a non-empty cartridge. Your cartridge is not working!.
Let me know how I can get a refund. My call to your company has never been answered.”
“So far, so good. Ordering and delivery were excellent. Received the product very quickly. The printer recognized the cartridges as they should and the printing seems very clear. Three stars now because enough time has not passed since they were installed. I don’t have any idea if they’ll leak all over the place like aftermarket toner cartridges often do.”
“I will be sending all of it back. I bought 4 black and not a single one worked. I also bought 4 cyan which will be sent back as well. Extremely disappointed. We’re away on business, took our printer with us, had to search for a store to buy ink as we were left without since these did not work...and yes, we bought the correct ones for our printer! Would never buy again!!!!!”
“I was thrilled to find a toner cartridge for my machine that didn't cost a fortune. When I finally received it, not because of the company but because I was on vacation, I was very happy. I opened the box pulled out the toner cartridge from the plastic and then finally looked at my old one that was still in my machine. I hadn't done that in quite some time, because the last toner cartridge lasted me almost a year. Shows you how much I don't print. Anyway, it looked a little different but that's okay as long as it performs. I tried to put it in the machine, and it did not fit. It was probably a 16th of an inch too long, so I have no idea if it works or not. I am waiting for someone to let me know how to return it. I'm very disappointed. If it had fit I would have been a customer for life.l”
“Hello. I've called the Ink Toner team at the 888-720-7888 phone number. The compatible Brother toner cartridge for my Laser Jet printer continues to leave large blotchy marks on the printouts - after multiple cleanings. It appears that the cartridge has a leak at the far left where the roller and the blade meet. I am still looking forward to a return call from the Ink Toner team to walk me through the steps to cure this problem.”
