“The cartridge was defective — made broad smears of toner on the copies and caused our copier to make clicking sounds. However, the representative at Ink Toner Store was very receptive to our complaint, and we are hoping the replacement will be 100%…..”

“I bought a full set of ink cartridges for my HP8710 printer. But apparently my printer will only recognize 1 off brand cartridge at a time. I had to buy HP cartridges to get the printer working. I hope I can eventually use all the cartridges I bought. But it looks like if I do it will be one at a time.
Aside from the ink cartridges not working for me I got what I ordered and on time. So I can't really complain about the InkTonerStore.”

“Have had my Canon printer about two years and have used numerous brands of cartridges. The cartridge from InkTonerStore.com has been a constant nuisance- generating error codes and causing the printer to try to recognize the cartridge. Have not had this isse with any of the other brands, even if after market type. Thanks- but no thanks.”
