“When my original Canon toner cartridges went empty I replaces them with "compatible" ones from another vendor (not to be named). The replacements clunked loudly during operation and the print quality of graphics from the very beginning was poor at best. I contacted Canon and they had nothing to really help. Over time the cartridges started giving the printer trouble during power up "correction" and finally started having errors to the point of not printing at all. The capacity still showed 40% when I replaced them with InkTonerStore "compatible" ones. There was a very marked improvement in the print quality but the cartridges still clunked loudly. I did some research online and found that the noises had something to do with cartridge design changes and that the printer would not be damaged. So given the difference in price between these and the Canon ones I will wear ear plugs and keep the cash.”
“There catalog said they would be compatible with my printer, they were not. When I contacted customer service all I got from them was the Texas two step. Not only have they not let me know how to return the toner, they also have never refunded my money.
I will never purchase anything from them again.”
“I am not happy with the toner as it leaves grey smudges on the white copy paper. I've taken it out several times, gently turned it around, etc., but cannot improve the quality. My copy machine is old and I don't use it often but it's an annoyance I can't seem to fix. It seems like just too much trouble to pack it up and send it back so I will live with it but it's unsatisfactory and if I were still using it for work I would not keep it.”
