“I googled my printer model number and added word "toner". This company's link came up that took me to the toner referenced. I ordered and it arrived. When I attempted to install the toner, which requires removing the protective strips, the first cartridge (color printer) appeared to fit. When I added the second cartridge (also removing the strip), it became clear that something wasn't right. I called customer support and was told, nicely and professionally, that I had ordered the wrong toner. I explained my process and was told I should've called them to confirm the correct part. The result of this was I received a refund for only two of the four cartridges. Now I know and now you know also. That said, I won't be back.”
“The Order #100178995, Shipment #100155610 I placed over two weeks ago has not moved since the order number was created according to the USPS tracking website. The tracking number is:
9400116902865979456816
Nothing has been delivered. Please explain the delay and provide an update for this shipment. No reply has been received to my email two days ago, asking this same question about my order.”
“I warn anyone who has a HP printer to NEVER.....NEVER buy these products. I suspect this company knows this but still rips off the public. I lost $78.00 that I can't afford.
I have turned this in to the State Attorney General and the BBB.”
“The toner runs out way too quick -- the warnings even come quicker that it's gone. This is a marketing gimmick and a bad one....we don't tolerate quick-ending supply.”
