“Box that was shipped was damaged and open at one end, barely holding the toner box in. Looks like it was setting around the warehouse and someone just half taped it and shipped it out. No invoice or shipping label, no return address, just the website address on the box. Not professional at all.”

“My Brother printer is rejecting this substitute drum by sending me messages to replace parts with original Brother parts. Pages are printing out very light just like before I replaced the drum. The part fits fine and works, it is just the Brother has it set up to replace with Brother parts.”
