“The cartridge prints just fine bit copies poorly. It doesn’t respond to darken the print so copies are unreadable. I guess I’ll have to buy the more expensive one.”
“I never had a printer before that took a toner cartridge. When the machine told me the toner was getting low, I went online to order a new toner cartridge. I found one on the InkToner site and ordered it. I was glad it came quickly. The box clearly said "Premium Toner Cartridge". I didn't open the box until I actually needed the part. When I ran out of toner, I opened the box only to find I'd ordered a Drum Unit for a toner cartridge and not an actual toner cartridge. I then had to run to Staples to buy an actual toner cartridge for my printer.”
“It prints well and copies poorly. I replaced another inexpensive cartridge with this one and the problem persisted. I will have to purchase the recommended name cartridge to see if the problem is in the toner or the printer.”
“Box that was shipped was damaged and open at one end, barely holding the toner box in. Looks like it was setting around the warehouse and someone just half taped it and shipped it out. No invoice or shipping label, no return address, just the website address on the box. Not professional at all.”
