We ordered two t-shirts for my wife when we received an email about a promotion. We went to the website, found two shirts that were available, ordered and paid for them, and received a confirmation and order #.
A few days later I checked status of delivery on their website and got a message they were preparing our order, so it had not shipped. A few days after that, early this week of 06/23/25, i checked again and got the same message. This time i decided to call their so-called customer service. I got a woman who checked the order and told me they couldn't ship an order that hadn't been paid for. This made no sense since i had an order # issued after its been paid for, and I said something like that to this person. She immediately started talking over me and then paused, and put me on hold. She came back on the phone about 5 minutes later and then told me they were out of stock. That's when I told her they were totally incompetent and hung up. I received an email within 5 minutes that my order had been cancelled. I emailed again to ask what happened and got another reply that didn't make sense, that orders are filled on a first come basis and they ran out of stock on our order. This was after we had paid online with a credit card and received an order confirmation and two follow-up messages that our order was being prepared. The last line of the e-mail was Have a great Day. They are pretty sarcastic as well as rude and incompetent.”
