“I really wanted to like this scent based on all the glowing reviews i've read here and other sources. Plus the ordering process was great, shipping fast and the box is so pretty!Perhaps, like some few other reviewers ventured to guess, this scent just doesn't work with my body chemistry. It did open up with very harsh bold sugar, berry and floral note. So much so that it was hard to handle, actually. Drying out, i did get very pleasant soft notes of vanilla and powders, but sadly that didn't last long.Within and hour or so all i could smell on me was soap and licorice. I'd say that licorice was an overly dominant note that just wold not quit on me. Even after the shower. Even the next morning.So, if you notice that some perfumes dry "spicy" on you, you may want to skip this one. I'll give another Al-Rehab scent a chance before i give up on the line altogether though.”
