“I was excited to get this and do away with water bottles. The look is nice but water taste horrible. I soaked the filter overnight even. Keep in mind the water I put in is from reverse osmosis already so it’s not bad. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. Too expensive to not be better than it is.”

“I love that it is glass and that the spigot is metal. The bamboo base is a nice touch. No leaks so far and appreciate the back up spigot parts. It is so user friendly which is what I was looking for. The pitchers in the fridge were a hassle so this is perfect for me and adds to the Zen of my home.”
