By far the most aesthetically pleasing and straight up beautiful water filter. The water tastes great and I'm happy knowing my LA tap water is safe for me to drink + is enhanced with alkaline. :) All my friends are jealous!

This things makes even the chlorine-laden tap water where I live taste amazing! I highly recommend it but I also highly recommend this company because their customer service is unmatched in today's world of online retailers! I had a problem and they didn't give up until they resolved it and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.

The product came intact with all parts. I had trouble figuring out which side of the base to secure the screws (the side with the holes). One of the screws was a little troublesome, so I ended up using a drill to get the screws all the way in. The order of the washers & gaskets for the spout isn't spelled out, I'm not very handy, but I did what made the most sense (soft parts against the glass, metal parts on top of the soft) & used a clean wrench to make it very tight. Getting the filter into the reservoir was easy by following the instructions in the manual. It helps to kinda punch it all the way into place to eliminate any gaps & get it to be level. After filling the pitcher twice & setting that water aside, the third fill of water was clear. I compared the taste to tap & Brita filtered tap & this alkaline filter had the best flavor hands down! I can't go back to basic filtered tap! The filter is so beautiful, I love looking at it every time I'm in the kitchen. Customer service is great at responding to questions in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I think the elegance of the glass is really pretty! But the screws for assembling the base are not fun and difficult. So far the water tastes smooth and I am enjoying the filtration, hoping that it is indeed alkaline, which I believe it is. The design of the glass filter has the spigot not all the way to the bottom, so about an inch of the water is left without having to tip the filter forward to the spigot for it to flow out. I also wish the glass container was bigger--like why not.

Aesthetically, this dispenser is very nice. Be aware that you need a very small Phillips head screwdriver. The holes for the legs are pre-drilled but not not easy to maneuver. The spigot is good. It does need to be tightened with tools though. Hand tight won’t keep it in place with use. The filter fits strangely and it definitely needs to soak for more than 10 minutes. I had charcoal in my first bit of water and had to dump it out and soak the filter overnight. I also don’t know that this truly changes the pH. I will get some pH strips and figure it out.

Hello, We saw your message and wanted to reach out and help. The black that you are seeing is the dust from the activated coconut carbon, and this should rinse though with proper prepping. It is in no way toxic, or dangerous, if some has been ingested. We would ask that you please prep the filter once more and see if the water is still turning black, following these steps: 1.) Please fully saturate your filter and soak it for 10 minutes. 2.) Run water through the filter until the water runs clear and give it a few good shakes. 3.) Insert the filter into the reservoir while giving a twist. Please make sure the gasket is set evenly all the way around to avoid leaking. 4.) Fill the reservoir twice and discard this water. 5.) You are now ready to go! Our filters will raise the pH level of water from 0.5 to 2.0 points depending on the starting pH point of your water source. For this reason, we suggest testing the pH of your water before filtering to determine where it will start. We only recommend using a liquid pH test drop containing Phenol Red (we sell these in a three pack at our website. They are called pH PERFECT, and here is the link: https://invigoratedwater.com/collections/ph-testers/products/ph-drops-ph-perfect ), or a digital pH test meter, in order to get an accurate reading. If you happen to be using litmus test strips, please know that these will give inaccurate, false readings as they are meant to test the pH in urine and saliva, not water. Hope this helps! Please send us a message in support@invigoratedliving.com and we'll be glad to assist you for further concerns. Kindly, Pam Invigorated Living

I love it.i would have said it was excellent, except, the screw holes for the stand did not line up properly. Two of the three were lined up, but when I did the third, I had to drill a new tiny hole in order to get the screw in. Not a big deal, but I also question how much of the chlorine taste should change? I can still taste it, is it impossible to get rid of that taste? It definitely helped the taste of the water, but wondering if it will get better over time?
