But, before I go ahead with a refund, I would like to check with you if you followed the instructions on the bag. Because, with these Plenny Pot bags, the super fine stuff (that holds all the flavour) goes to the bottom. For that reason, we ask to shake the bag thoroughly before use and then scoop from the bottom of the bag upwards to ensure the best mix possible.

Allereerst excuses voor de late reactie hier, we hadden wat minder collega's beschikbaar ivm vakanties.
Jammer om te lezen dat beide producten niet in de smaak zijn gevallen, kan gebeuren natuurlijk, zoals je het aangeeft ga ik ervan uit dat het met persoonlijke voorkeur te maken heeft. In dit geval, omdat je ook het order nummer gedeeld hebt, kon ik meteen vanuit onze geld-terug garantie de terugbetaling doen voor de bestelling. Die terugbetaling zal je spoedig moeten terugontvangen aan jouw kant.
Je mag natuurlijk de andere producten/smaken nog proberen met dezelfde garantie, maar ik zou in dit geval adviseren weg te blijven van de Plenny Shake Active (inmiddels is dat de Plenny Shake Pro geworden ook).

De Mac 'N Cheeze Plenny Pot is niet in de smaak gevallen, altijd jammer om te horen. Voor de zekerheid geven we altijd nog even de instructies voor de bereiding aan bij dezen. Voor gebruik de zak altijd goed schudden en dan van de bodem naar boven "scoopen" voor de beste mix van de ingredienten. Met die zakken is het namelijk zo dat het super fijne poeder (waar alle smaak uitkomt) naar de bodem zakt, dus de ervaring kan een slechte zijn omdat het niet goed is klaargemaakt.
Mocht je bovenstaande nog niet zo geprobeerd hebben, vraag ik je dat alsnog te doen in de hoop dat het verschil maakt in de ervaring. Als je het zo klaargemaakt hebt al, of het blijkt op die manier alsnog niet wat te zijn voor je, kan je contact met onze klantenservice opnemen voor een terugbetaling vanuit onze 30-dagen geld-terug garantie. “Okay, seriously, I was completely blown away by the Mac 'N Cheeze Pot! I have had 'just add water' savoury meals before and they've always been kind of 'meh', but this one manages to taste downright *homemade!* Like, all I did was add boiling water and stir a bit and all of a sudden I'm chewing something that almost feels and tastes like... broccoli? Like, not only is the seasoning good, but the meal manages to get a consistency that is chewy enough that, well, it feels like a normal meal that just came out of an actual pot on a stove, with ingredients and everything.
I don't know what black magic Jimmy and Joy used to cook this up, but it is the best savoury just-add-water type of meal I've ever had *by far*. Absolutely out of this world delicious.”
