it's not bad but it doesn't feel like mac n cheese. It takes longer to "cook" than the others I have tried

The mac and cheese pot has a very mild taste of cheese and nothing really else unfortunatly, you might need to add some enhancers to it to make it a bit better but not to bad for a meal.

Hello! I'm really glad to hear you gave our Mac and Cheeze Plenny Pot a try. It's designed to be a quick, nutritious meal, though taste preferences can vary. Adding your favorite spices or a sprinkle of nutritional yeast could definitely give it that extra flavor boost you're looking for. If you're up for experimenting, adding some veggies like broccoli or spinach could also enhance its taste and nutritional value.

Disappointing taste. Again I cannot pinpoint exactly what but Aldi brand of macaroni cheese which makes up with water is imho better

It's of course never nice to see when it's not a 100% jackpot, but taste is personal so it happens. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for those situations and as you shared the order number in your review here, I was able to refund you for both bags right away, you will have that back shortly. Of course you are welcome to try out any other products/flavours with the same guarantee.
