I added some smoked paprika and hot spices to give it more flavor. I think I just don’t really like mac & cheese. ( I’ve never tried the original recipe, this was my first time trying something similar. ;) )”
“Stoked to have a savoury meal alternative, it's quick to make, and It's nice to 'see' the veggies! That said, it's a bit grainy and the flavour is just kinda passable. It's nice that the aromatics come through strongly and that its not bland, but the flavours don't really meld together in a good way. The noodles stay crunchy unless you microwave a few mins in addition to the wait time. Like it's okay, but it definitely cannot 'pass' for a normal meal in any way. Will stick around for the improvements though!”
