“There are barely any 'noodles' to speak of. When the package arrived most of them were already crushed out of recognition. The instructions said to mix the ingredients properly before scooping but guess what? This just ended up in more unrecognisable powder which had a terrible taste and texture once prepared. It's such a waste of money and resources.”

Have you made sure to shake the bag thoroughly before scooping from the bottom upwards to get a good balance of the ingredients? The fine stuff, that holds the spice, will go to the bottom otherwise.
