“I am a big fan of Plenny Pot Tikka Masala. I was curious when I read the name, ingredients, and nutritional value, so I bought it to try it, and since the very first meal, I have completely fallen in love with it. It tastes nice and keeps me full; however, I put three scoops instead of two, so I cannot say if two scoops are enough, but knowing that three keep me full before finishing them, I guess two are also enough. I recommend it.”

“I am coeliac and vegan by choice. I have been eating tikka lentils whilst travelling as finding food can be hard for me in the middle of nowhere! I think the flavour is fantastic and it's also very filling. Personally I like it more soupy so I add more water and I must add it takes longer than 60 seconds to cook the bits of lentils and rice thoroughly. But I am very satisfied with this food and grateful to have access to something like it. My husband also enjoys it a lot too! I can really feel the benefit of this food and I look forward to trying new flavours.”
